ProPresenter login and account help

How current ProPresenter subscription sign-in and seat activation work, how legacy licences differ, and what to check when authorization fails.

ProPresenter login and account help

For current ProPresenter subscriptions, the Renewed Vision account is not just a website login. You sign in inside ProPresenter so the production computer can use an available subscription seat without a watermark. Older perpetual licences can still use the legacy key or unlock-code workflow, so first identify which licensing model your organization has.

Current subscription sign-in

  1. Open ProPresenter on the production computer.
  2. Go to ProPresenter → Settings → Account.
  3. Select Sign In and authenticate with the Renewed Vision account connected to your organization.
  4. Select an available ProPresenter subscription seat for this machine.
  5. Confirm the account/seat state before you test the audience output.

Renewed Vision also provides an online Account Manager for organizations with an active ProPresenter subscription, where authorized users can manage organization details, users and active seats.

Account versus seat versus legacy licence

  • Account: the Renewed Vision identity used to sign in and manage the organization.
  • Subscription seat: an entitlement assigned to a computer for current subscription use.
  • Legacy licence: an older perpetual registration that may use a licence key or unlock code instead of subscription sign-in.

Common login and activation problems

Nobody knows the account credentials

Do not create a new account just to get through rehearsal. Find the person who manages the organization's Renewed Vision purchase or subscription first. A second account can leave the team looking at the wrong organization with no available seats.

The password-reset email never arrives

Check spam and filtering, verify the exact email address that owns or administers the organization, and make sure your mail system is not quarantining automated messages. If the account cannot be recovered, use Renewed Vision support rather than repeatedly creating new identities.

You can sign in, but no seat is available

The account may be in the wrong organization, every purchased seat may already be active, or the subscription may no longer be active. An authorized administrator can review seat assignments in Renewed Vision's account tools and deactivate a seat on a computer that is no longer in use.

The machine still shows a watermark

Confirm that ProPresenter itself is signed in, not merely the Renewed Vision website in a browser. Verify that the computer has an active seat. If the organization uses a legacy licence instead, follow the legacy registration process for that licence rather than the subscription workflow.

Good practice for production teams

  • Use an organization-controlled email address rather than one volunteer's personal inbox.
  • Document who can administer the Renewed Vision account and who can move seats.
  • Review the account and seat state before major events, not minutes before doors open.
  • Do not deactivate a working legacy installation until its replacement has been tested.
  • Keep purchase records and legacy licence details somewhere the technical lead can reach.

What this site cannot do

ProPresenter7.com is independent from Renewed Vision. We cannot reset vendor passwords, add seats, view billing information or recover a licence. For those actions, contact Renewed Vision through its official support channel.
