Yes. ProPresenter is available for supported Windows and macOS computers. Compatibility is not determined only by the operating-system name: graphics capability, RAM, processor performance, display count, resolution, capture devices, and media workload all matter.
Do not buy hardware from a minimum-spec label alone
A computer that opens the application may still be unsuitable for several 4K outputs, high-bitrate video, live streaming, NDI, or multiple capture devices. Build the system around the actual production workflow and leave performance headroom.
