Current ProPresenter licensing is account- and seat-based. A licensed user signs in, assigns an available seat to a computer, and manages active devices through Renewed Vision’s account tools. Without an active seat, output restrictions such as a watermark may appear.
Basic licensing workflow
- Purchase or obtain access through the official Renewed Vision account.
- Sign in to ProPresenter on the production computer.
- Assign an available seat to that device.
- Confirm the output is licensed before rehearsal.
- Deactivate an old or unused device before moving a seat when necessary.
Legacy license keys and older ProPresenter+ arrangements may follow different migration rules. Use the official seat-management guide and Renewed Vision’s current subscription documentation for the final procedure.
